A Legacy

I’m Ann Jackson, owner of Happy Valley Organics. I’m proud to be the fourth generation to continue farming on a smallish piece of land in Summerland, British Columbia, land that’s been farmed by my family for over 120 years.

We specialize in peaches, and also grow plums, apricots, and cut flowers. In 2013, we replanted much of the existing orchard and began the organic certification process. This means we're building a healthy and resilient agro-ecosystem that doesn't include synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or genetically modified organisms. We are certified organic with the North Okanagan Organic Association (#04-301).

Our passion for local food, healthy farming practices, and community-building inspires us to bring the freshest and tastiest fruit possible to market. We put a huge amount of care into our products and sell to like-minded folk from the farm and at markets and fruit stands throughout the Okanagan Valley.
